Decorative protective solution for waterproofing

Overview

This two-component cement-based overlay is exceptionally flexible and crack resistant and can be used indoors or out. It’s used on top of SunLastic WP50, creating a flexible waterproof surface. “SunLastic EPC35 is a great option for projects where traditional overlays may be too hard or vulnerable to cracking,” said Don Snider, VP Operations. It’s available in two natural colors, white and light gray, and it can be pigmented in other colors.

How it Works

This proprietary rubber-like liquid, is mixed with a cement-aggregate blend which produces a tough, water-retardant coating. Although it’s very flexible, it is notably resistant to abrasion.
