Don Snider began his decorative concrete journey in 1983 when he was connected with All Texas Decks (ATD) in Dallas, Texas. Don had just graduated from Vincennes University in Indiana with a degree in Construction Design & Management. He was one of ATD's first hires and "started in the bucket," as SUNDEKers say.

Don started as a Crew Leader, was promoted to Field Supervisor after a few years, then shortly after promoted to Production Manager, managing eight crews. ATD grew quickly, and within a few years Don moved into a Sales role. In 1988, he had the opportunity to purchase Sundek of Austin in Austin, Texas with his wife Lori.

By 2007, he was asked to work at SUNDEK's corporate office to grow the corporate-owned contractors and expand the commercial team as the Director of Operations. In 2009, Don was promoted to VP of Operations.

Today, Don along with his two partners proudly own The Coatings Group Inc. With over 40 years with SUNDEK, he has experience in all aspects of the business. He now focuses his time working on strategic management and the development of people.

When he isn't working, he enjoys traveling with his family, golfing, fishing, and outdoor BBQ cooking. Don likes spending time in his backyard, watching sports, playing with his dogs, and watching a good tv series with his wife.

Deidre has been with SUNDEK since 2006, starting as an Administrative Assistant for the commercial contracting division, and taking on managerial roles in Operations and Sales Operations & Analytics before moving to her current position. Now, Deidre manages the Commercial Contracting Division, ensuring the team is supported to deliver efficiently through clear communication, discovering our clients "why" and providing inspiration to each person who enjoys the end result of the Sundek system.

She also coaches the SUNDEK Sales Team around the country, encouraging curiosity, quality, collaboration and creativity. Deidre is also one of the SUNDEK representatives with the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) sitting on the Emerging Leaders committee, the Decorative Concrete Council and is the chair of the newly founded Social Media Committee.

In her "not at Sundek" time, she enjoys painting and playing with art in her studio, she's an avid baker & the head chef in her home kitchen. They enjoy road trips to explore new towns, family game sessions and if it's comedy or sports, it's on their tv!

Rae has been a part of the SUNDEK family for over 20 years, first as a sales consultant in the residential market, then as a commercial project developer. In the SUNDEK Commercial Contracting team, she serves as a single point of contact throughout the entire process of each commercial project from the design stages through the installation.

Rae has been a key developer on the SUNDEK Commercial Contracting team, with her connections across the country with new construction & renovation contractors, brand name hospitality companies, multi-family developers, etc. She works closely with architects and designers to explore unique and creative designs that are functional, fun and long-lasting.

Rae enjoys supporting her growing number of clients with their projects, talking with SUNDEK contractors daily, and celebrating successes at the annual SUNDEK convention. In her free time you can find her spending time at the beach with family and friends, hosting a family BBQ, or playing darts.

Jason brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as a Commercial Contracting Project Developer on the SUNDEK Commercial Contracting team. Starting out as a customer service rep, he worked his way up by mastering every detail of SUNDEK's products and application processes.

Since 2018, he's been with his clients every step of the way from project inception through the completion of the SUNDEK project, ensuring projects run smoothly and the right systems and applications are chosen to fit their needs.

Originally from Seattle, Jason's background is as diverse as his skillset. A former hod carrier and chef, he still flexes his culinary talents by grilling up company lunches. When he's not working or cooking, you can find him out on the field competing in sports, or spending quality time with his wife and three kids.

Chris has broken many barriers for women in the decorative concrete industry throughout her 30+ year career. Her accomplishments include ownership of her business, Classic Concrete Care, an all-woman staff, to project development and sales, all the way to her last role at TB Penick where she won commercial projects like The Atlanta Botanical Gardens and the San Diego International Airport!

Chris has been involved in the American Society of Concrete Contractors for decades, was the first female Council Director of the Decorative Concrete Council and is the first female President.

Despite all her hard work, Chris is a work hard play hard kind of girl and loves hanging out with her family on the river, listening to a little Zac Brown Band, with her toes in the water.

Bob began his career working with his father in their ready-mix concrete company in Maryland. Bob has been a solutions provider in the concrete industry from design and construction to traveling the world selling and educating customers on their heavy equipment needs related to the concrete industry.

Bob joined the SUNDEK team in 2010 at our Sundek of Washington DC location as a commercial sales representative and soon after was promoted to be the General Manager. Bob is an instrumental part of the Sundek team through cultivating relationships and expanding the solutions Sundek offers in the commercial market.

When Bob is not supporting others with their Sundek projects, you can find him traveling with his wife, Lori, and enjoying life.

Rocky is the senior installation project lead for the Sundek Commercial Contracting team. Rocky has been installing decorative concrete coatings since 2014 and is versed in all SUNDEK systems. Rocky always has a smile on his face, a positive attitude, and leads with kindness and integrity.

He has traveled from coast to coast many times over, and has been the lead on Sundek Commercial Contracting's largest projects in history. He is one of the hardest working and most efficient installation leads we've ever come across. Rocky loves to leave his mark with Sundek projects he's had a hand installing all over the country.

Byron A. Klemaske II joined SUNDEK as a decorative concrete consultant. Byron has worked in the decorative concrete industry since he was a teenager, and owned his own decorative concrete businesses in Texas and California where he launched Klemaske Brothers Concrete. He was key in developing decorative concrete products that are still used around the world.

After five decades in the business, Byron remains passionate about the concrete industry. Always an innovator and visionary, Klemaske continues to push himself and inspire the industry to evolve in terms of sustainability, functionality, new products, new uses, new finishes and new concepts of architectural and design beauty.

Among his many accomplishments, Byron Klemaske was inducted into the Decorative Concrete Hall of Fame on March 12th, 2013. In July of 2015 Concrete Décor Magazine recognized Klemaske as one of the Top 10 Influential People in the industry.

Landon is fortunate enough to be a third-generation SUNDEK-er and had the honor of working at the company his grandfather founded in 1984, SUNDEK of San Antonio.

In 2015, Landon graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Concrete Industry Management. Growing up in the business, Landon earned his decorative concrete knowledge from starting out on a crew and becoming the Production Manager at SUNDEK of San Antonio before moving into a sales position in 2022.

In the later part of 2024, Landon began transitioning into a new role with the SUNDEK Commercial Contracting team in Grand Prairie, Texas. Landon enjoys traveling and is always up for an adventure. From skiing to golf, pickleball to football, his knowledge is incredible.

Matthew Casto is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in the themed entertainment industry, serving as the Principal Art Director at CASTO. With a solid academic foundation in Civil Engineering and International Business from Brown University, Matthew began his career at Boral Industries.

His portfolio includes iconic projects such as Shanghai Disneyland, Universal Studios Beijing, and Universal's Epic Universe. Known for his ability to inspire and educate, Matthew is a respected public speaker, motivational educator, and industry trainer.

Matthew's professional affiliations include serving as a board member of the Decorative Concrete Council and holding memberships in ASCC, AIA, and ALSA. He is also certified as an NRMCA Field Technician and an ACI Concrete Testing Technician.

Sha'Nice plays a vital role at SUNDEK by interacting with customers to better understand and resolve any issues related to products or services. She ensures that customers have a positive and personalized experience with SUNDEK. Additionally, she assists the SUNDEK Commercial Contracting team.

In 2022, Sha'Nice earned an Associate of Arts degree, followed by a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in management from Strayer University in 2024.

A Dallas, TX native, Sha'Nice is the only girl among five siblings and is a proud mother to a daughter and son. In her personal time, she enjoys watching horror and thriller movies, making fruity cocktails, bowling, going out to eat, and having fun with her family.
