Monica Martinez

Position: Senior Customer Support Manager

Monica has worked in the Customer Service department since 2008. She is the Senior Customer Support Manager and works directly with Sundek of Washington and the Customer Service team.

She provides support to customers, helps the local team with anything they need, and helps to train and manage the customer service representatives. Outside of the CSC, she enjoys our company lunches.

In her free time she enjoys sitting on her patio enjoying a hot/cold/double shot beverage. She loves spending time with her family and her dogs. Shopping is one of her favorite activities.
