Lily Herrera-Arias

Position: Director of Operations

Lily joined our team in 2008 as a Customer Service Manager after 15 years in the Telecommunications Industry. She now manages the customer service as the Director of Operations. Lily develops and implements procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Customer Service Department. She also works on system administration and automation, identifying user needs and required access for CRM, telephone, and IT.

When she can step away from keeping everything running smoothly, Lily enjoys our lunches and happy hours with the SUNDEK Family!

Lily grew up in El Paso, TX and lived in Denver, CO & Mexico City, Mexico for 8 years before relocating to Dallas-Fort Worth. She enjoys spending time with her family.
