Chris Klemaske

Position: Commercial Business Development Director – Western USA

Chris is like the love child of Kool Aid Man and Rosie The Riveter, breaking many barriers for women in the decorative concrete industry throughout her 32 year career. Her accomplishments include; ownership of her business, Classic Concrete Care, an all woman staff, to project development and sales, all the way to her last role at TB Penick where she won commercial projects like, The Atlanta Botanical Gardens and the San Diego International Airport! She has been a tireless advocate for women in the industry and a promoter of Decorative Concrete Standards, focusing on everything from structural form that melds together art, design, architectural integrity and functionality (you walk on it, she stands behind it!). Despite all her hard work, Chris is a work hard play hard kind of girl and loves hanging out with her family on the river, listening to a little Zac Brown Band, with her toes in the water.
